All of us here at Miller Barns want to express our deep gratitude to all of our wonderful customers. It is a rare experience for us to have a difficult customer!
Our customer base grows and expands every year, And we are at the place where we have become our own brand. It is amazing to us how many of the orders that come in, are from friends, family, neighbors, and acquaintances, of people who already own a Miller Barn. Again, thank you very much to all of you!
The details of what makes us different are spelled out below.

The expedited delivery program, spelled out below , is working well, the builders get 1/2 of that additional money and work weekends to have your building to you in time. When we give you an estimate for your building delivery it means from when we receive the down payment .. not from the start of the quote process. We expect another very busy year, so it’s best to get your orders in early.
So if you are planning to purchase a Miller Barn, get your order in as soon as you can.

we are adding a new item in our ordering process.....you can make changes for three days after we receive your down payment, after that we are adding a $100 charge per change. That does not include stain color and sometimes window and door placement...Thanks for your understanding..
We appreciate all of our great customers and try to be as fair as we can!

A word about ground prep...... we recommend 4 inches of five eights minus gravel, the same size as your building or larger. We recommend making it very level and compacted.

We need to add 3% to all credit card payments. You can avoid that by paying with check or cash. Thanks for understanding!

As our customer base expands, more and more people are becoming aware of the high quality of a Miller Barn. To reiterate, we do not use OSB in our buildings. Our siding is five eights inch T1-11. All of our sheathing is plywood, commonly known as CDX. All of our trim is cedar trim right from the mill in Stanwood. Our doors are built as sturdy as a door can be built, outside is siding, and the inside is a sheet of plywood. They will not warp or twist. The floor is three-quarter inch tongue and groove plywood. And we have the best crew of craftsman we have ever had, Cory ,Jake, and Jon all take great pride in their work!
We are launching an expedited delivery program starting January 1, 2021. It will be known as EDP..
We are different from many other shed companies, in that every building we build is an ordered building. Except for our newest line of chicken houses.
Starting January 1, 2021 you will have the opportunity to add 20% to the base price, and have your building in four weeks or less.
To be fair to everyone, we will limit how many of these orders we accept.

You provide not only excellent service in terms of designing what I wanted but also the high quality of workmanship.
