Pricing
Due to the unpredictable and rapidly changing market we cannot guarantee the prices below at the time we give you a quote. And when we send you a quote it will be valid for two weeks. We are doing all we can to keep our prices as reasonable as possible. We really appreciate out loyal customers! Much of our business comes by word of mouth and also much of it is from repeat customers, it’s hard to overstate how much that means to us!
The prices below are base prices and do not include options such as windows, extra doors, ramps, staining, etc. The building will be complete and ready for service.
The only thing that you really need to do is stain it at some point. The tall barns do include a loft in the base price.

Extra Costs
For each building include : windows, extra doors, double floors, security doors, rollup doors, ramps, shelves, etc.
Call for prices for stain, windows, doors, and any other options needed. Insulation $3.00 per sq. foot.
Ramp for double door $150.00. Inside shelf – 24” wide $9.00 per lineal foot
Premium Package
Your Premium Storage Shed will include these features:
All framing 16" centers, pressure treated floor joists and 5-1/2" roof overhang.
A building with the Premium Package will be the best-looking, strongest building you can buy! The price in most cases will still be less than other shed companies charge for their standard buildings.
Add 15% to the base price before options for the Premium Package.
We have made it our goal to build the best buildings in Washington at incredible prices.
We use double 2x top plates (with the top being 2x6) and 1x4 cedar trim. Trusses are glued, gusseted, and stapled.
We now offer a water based, 25 year stain on most of our buildings. Many color options available.
