Our Quality

We do not have sales lots. Almost all of our buildings are built to order. You can have the doors and windows anywhere you want. Unusual sizes, styles, no problem. We make it the way you want it. We can build from a picture , diagram, or verbal description … our builders are the very best!

In our Miller Barns, we only use genuine T1 -11 siding , shop grade. It is 5/8 inches thick, and plywood based. The inside of all other sheds look like particleboard, a Miller Barns shed inside, looks like plywood, a much superior product in our estimation.We no longer use OSB anywhere , our flooring is 3/4” tongue and groove plywood. And our sheathing is 1/2” plywood, also the inside of our doors are sheathed with plywood, our doors will not warp or twist. Our trim is genuine Washington cedar, 1" thick. All purchased from the Beck Mill in Stanwood, WA. We use a double top plate, 2x6 over a 2x4. Have you ever seen another shed like this?

Tall Barn prices include a loft.

Do to the unpredictable and rapidly changing market we cannot guarantee the prices below at the time we give you a quote. And when we send you a quote , it will be valid for two weeks. We are doing all we can to keep our prices as reasonable as possible. We really appreciate out loyal customers! Much of our business comes by word of mouth , and also much of it is from repeat customers , it’s hard to overstate how much that means to us! The prices below are base prices, and do not include, options, such as windows, extra doors, ramps, staining, etc. The building will be complete and ready for service. The only thing that you really need to do is stain it at some point. The tall barns do include a loft in the base price. Don’t hesitate to email with any questions … Update on 6-10-22 promotion for the rest of June and all of July…. any buildings ordered in that time will qualify for a 5% discount from the listed base prices below… and sometimes even more. Horse barns

Wood walls and metal roof, lined with kick board on the inside. Many color choices. Other sizes available. Any options you can think of are available from tack room, dutch doors, feed doors, staining (any color you want). Animal shelters typically start at $27.50 per sq. ft. Standard construction is T1-11 walls and metal roof, the customer always chooses the colors. We now use plywood kick-board inside, instead of OSB. Some counties allow up to 400 sq. ft. with no permit. 
The tack room is within 20', not added to the overall length of the building. 

Most counties allow 200 sq. ft. and most towns allow 120 sq. ft with no permit. Some allow up to 400 sq. ft.

Storage Sheds

Hunting cabins, tack rooms, bus stops, guard shacks, coffee huts, and guest rooms. If you can describe it or draw it, we will build it! 

Options

For each building include : windows, extra doors, double floors, security doors, rollup doors, ramps, shelves, etc.

Call for prices for stain, windows, doors, and any other options needed. 

Insulation $3.00 per sq. foot

Ramp for double door $150.00

Inside shelf – 24” wide $9.00 per lineal foot

Premium Package

Your Premium Storage Shed will include these features:

All framing 16" centers, pressure treated floor joists  and 5-1/2" roof overhang.

A building with the Premium Package will be the best-looking, strongest building you can buy! The price in most cases will still be less than other shed companies charge for their standard buildings.

Add 15% to the base price before options for the Premium Package.

We have made it our goal to build the best buildings in Washington at incredible prices.

We use double 2x top plates (with the top being 2x6) and 1x4 cedar trim. Trusses are glued, gusseted, and stapled.

We now offer a water based, 25 year stain on most of our buildings. Many color options available. Contact us today!
